PSA and breaking my no shopping ban

PSA: Shoes at Anthro are currently 20% off.

There is a pair of boots that have been in my shopping bag for several weeks. They are a sleek, simple style, in black, with a nicely shaped heel and pointy toe. They are a bit dressier than the ones I got at NAS and I know I would wear them a lot. At 20% off I think I am going to go ahead and order them now.

If anyone is looking for a casual navy boot (which can be very hard to find), this one looks nice and I've had good luck with the brand:

And maybe another item too. Also at Anthro, I saw a backpack that I admired that is now gone. But things happen for a reason, right? They now have another one that I like just as well, maybe even more because I think the color will work better for me.

So do I have YLF permission to buy 2 items in August?

Awesome booties.

You have my permission, not that you need it I have come to think of these challenges as graded from 0-100%, 100 being perfect with points deducted for anything you think is a transgression. Thinking of these as pass or fail makes you fall off the wagon as soon as you make one purchase. So deduct a few points and soldier on.

Of course you have YLF permission. The shopping "ban" did help you think twice about the purchase, and I think that is more what it is about that anything.

Omg...did you see those booties in the cognac?! I would definitely break my shopping ban for those if they only had a zipper. My stupid toe no longer bends enough to get my foot in there. I say definitely get the blue ones.

Sorry for the confusion. Carter, I posted the blue ones just because I think they are a nice option for a casual boot and wanted to share them. I am planning to still wear the navy leather boots I got from Zara, so not adding another pair of navy.

The pair I am considering is another style.
