The Cat, I assume the price holds anywhere the store she linked her pick to is located. I understand your point—you’d like less emphasis on US stores. Commenting to me can’t change that at all.

I would like to say something regarding The Cats remark. I think there is no way for any post or comment to be universally appealing. The members of this forum are too diverse. If there is dissatisfaction with the forum, the place to address it would be with Angie, not with someone who is posting something with the goal of trying to be helpful to others. In general the members of this forum do their best to be kind and supportive of one another. I do not believe Fashiontern meant any offense to people who do not have access to DVF in their country.
I've just realized that it is only 25% wool, which explains why Angie said the wool isn't the itchy, tickley kind. It is mostly polyester, so I may quit following it. Too bad, because I think the colors are good for fall for me.Then again, it would never be against my skin. and blazers, etc frequently have a fair amount of poly.
I thought that may be the case, fashiontern, but was not sure. Soon polyester will help keep the shape, especially when washing. I love the look of this sweater coat but am not sure yet if they are a good choice for me. The 100%wool one I have is either too warm or too cold most of the time. A blend might be better if not as warm
Good point about some polyester helping with shape. I’m not sure how much is too much in a coat. Against my skin, I can’t go over 30% and often prefer less than that.
I’ll keep following it for now, don’t need to be too concerned about buying it or not until the price is (at least) halved again.
