In my mad rushing around to pick up last minute stuff before a trip, I found:
1. Calvin Klein slim ponte knit pants at Costco - grey and black - $16.99 - that's their full price, they will likely come down in price if they don't sell out first. I didn't buy them but will consider later if they are still 'in-store' when I get back from my trip. Very nice-looking pants - fab find, imo. If you're at all interested in pants like these - snap them up before they sell out.
2. A junior's brand denim shirt at Target - Xhilaration brand - around $20-something. When you click on the link, the original photo is all blurry, if you click on 'more views', you'll get a better idea:

Pretty nice denim shirt for the price, imo. Despite being a junior's brand, it still seems to run a bit large-ish, so size down if you're on the smaller side. It's a lot nicer in person than it appears online.
3. A very casual, weekend kind of jacket - comes in soul-sucking beige and midnight blue. I bought midnight blue (they call it 'federal blue'). Works well with coloured casual pants and the like. Extremely flattering on, especially for hour-glass or pear-ish types (and also those with a few extra pounds). It even looks nice with my pale-blue Kut from the Kloth boyfriend jeans.

This jacket will work well for very casual fall weekends, and it will also look fab in the spring. Looks pretty nice with burgundy skinny jeans, oxfords etc. Also just as fab with white jeans. If you don't like olive or beige or any of the other 'military/safari' type jackets out there - try this one in the blue! This one is not overly large (in terms of sizing), but not cut really small either - medium seems to be an actual medium, imo. Sold in stores up to XL. I think this jacket will work for anyone in size 4 to 16.
End PSA.
