Hello!
I am a new member and am enjoying reading the forum archives. I wanted to throw a question into the mix and appreciate any advice. As I'm new, please let me know if I'm not posting correctly : )
I recently purchased the J.Crew beaded rose necklace in coral and white. Here are links to photos:
I love the necklaces but am concerned about how they will wear. Because the paint is matte, I fear the vibrant white will dirty easily. On the red necklace, I noticed that the paint chips off a bit, revealing white underneath.Do you have any recommendations on how to protect these necklaces from dirt or chips? I considered Krylon Matte Protective Spray but feared it would pool weirdly because the flowers are so intricate. I can just touch up the pieces with paint as needed, but thought preventive measures might be best. As a note, the materials are acrylic, glass, and zinc.
Thank you so much for your help!
Amanda
