Proportions? Camel or leopard? + WIW

Which coat do you prefer? Camel or Leopard?

ETA: Sorry for being so brief in the first place. I'm trying to find more outfits that work with the leopard faux fur coat. It's easy to pair with jeans, but I love wearing skirts and dresses and would like to see if I could wear the leopard as outerwear.

Since it was cold yesterday, I went for warm and comfy.

navy midi wool skirt with green/yellow checks (Burberry) It's a thrift score and I got it hemmed and taken in at the waist before the winter season.
black heeled tall boots (Gabor) I'm in love with them!
black fitted knit long sleeve tee
red/white/green checked scarf
vintage camel

I tried on both the camel and the leopard coat, but felt more safe and classic with the camel.

I'm curious to hear if you think the leopard/midi skirt combo. Volume on volume is a bit tricky for me because it often overwhelmes my frame.

I vote camel. I really like A line coats and this one is delicious with the belt.

Thank you, bella, chirico and Aurore! Camel is a slam dunk, it seems. Aurore, I understand you perfectly. This community is diverse and many members do not have English as their mother tounge, myself included, but it's not any problem.

Personally I prefer the leopard. I like the proportions better of the shorter coat, and fun pattern mixing. I'm in love with the short coat of course and remember encouraging you to buy it. So I could be biased that way.

Camel proportions are more traditionally flattering. Leopard is fashion forward. All good.

I want to vote for leopard, because the proportions look good on you and I think leopard is always a win. That said, I can not deny that the camel coat is really becoming on you. I think I have to sit on the bench.

Thany you, Katerina, Jenni NZ, Gigi, Angie, Mainelady and Isabel! It's so great to get your comments and get to understand why something works or not. Classic camel and fashion forward leopard explains everything. I guess the leopard would be labeled JFE (Just Flattering Enough).

The Cat

The camel (which on my screen looks greige and lighter than camel) is a more conservative style, while the leopard is more fun. You wear both of them well. And both look fine with the midi skirt.
