Barbie doll joints plus wedgie, I was expecting a saggy rear view as I thought slightly wider hips would stretch out the fabric but NO she has too much fabricc at the front and too little at the back.
Perhaps she needs to channel Kriss Kross and wear her trews backwards.

Una, this is off topic kind of (side topic? off sides topic?). Did you ever figure out your other fit issue? I'm inclined to just attribute weird crotch lines to bad cut. Not a bad style, but a bad cut on that particular pair of pants. I know I've tried on four pairs of the same pair of pants before in the same size and found some were perfect and some had crotch line. Just the way that particular pair of pants were cut was off. They weren't tighter or looser than the others, just cut slightly off.
Yikes! That must hurt.
Like others said, this is a too low rise plus the model is hiking the pants up. It looks like the fabric has lots of stretch and that does not help the cause.
