Hey girls,
Sorry I was MIA for a while. Been quite busy lately and haven't had time to shop..... and considering my wardrobe for everyday life consists of gym clothes and uniform, I really had nothing to show for! I've missed you all!
I was thinking about this after a pretty successful (but slightly disappointing) shopping trip today - first in MONTHS! Do you gals ever set a ceiling or maximum price point for certain items that you are shopping for? Or are you the type of buy whatever you fall in love with?
For example, I saw this blazer at Tommy today (30% off!) but it was not in my size, so I decided I would go home and order it online thinking I would pay <$100 for it.

To my great disappointment, this item was not on sale online! Since $100 was the cap I'd set for myself for blazers, I'd decided that I would not buy it.
Anyone else have a similar experience? If so, have you ever broken your price point "law"?
I found a similar navy blazer (1 button though! boo!) at H&M for $59.99. It fit well but I just didn't LOVE it.
BONUS - order the brown dress pictured in 3&4 in beige from Mexx. (pictured here: http://www.mexx.ca/women/looks/) I thought I loved it in the store but now looking at the pictures, I think it looks a little frumpy. Input?
