I know they charged her a considerable amount for DHL delivery from India (especially considering the clothes themselves are not so expensive). On the other hand, I'm rather intrigued by the promise of customisation without fighting with an inept and/or opinionated local tailor, which is generally my luck!
But I searched the forum and crazyone had good reviews of them (well, as eshakti, the older US entity --- the Indian brand came later) and Una got a great jacket from them too; but K Can Shop had a jacket where the seams didn't match up in the tweed, which would irritate me no end. Maybe you could PM them too?
