Melllls, I have a very similar Michael Kors ponte knit skirt. I think mine is the previous year's version in a different pattern, sans zippers and with different curved seaming than the one that you linked to.
The skirt ran a bit large, but I initially thought it was too small and tight on the lower thighs. Then I realized that the little threads they use to tie the back slit of the skirt together needed to be cut, and once I did that it had a more flattering pencil skirt silhouette.
On mine, there is a lining underneath the skirt, and the knit is fairly thick, so I don't really have to worry about which undergarments to wear under it. Something to consider if you are looking at knit skirts!
