I tried to add a photo to a forum conversation I started earlier this evening, and found a the same problem that Sonja and Mary K reported earlier - photo would not load. I am also using IE 9. Tried a few times same result. Maybe there are still a few bugs with IE 9?
I switched to Google Chrome and had no problem adding photos.
