This annual thread is the BEST! I have so enjoyed seeing everyone's outfits and reading the comments. Here are three photos from 2013 that encapsulate the year for me.

1. High school reunion in August. I wore white jeans a lot in 2013 - in summer and winter. Purple and green blouse and cork-heeled gold platform sandals were Angie picks.

2. NAS always is a highlight. My favorite purchase was this Tori Burch dress (paired with peep-toed booties from 2012 NAS).

3. Fun summer dress and Nine West ankle strap sandals with neon piping. I loved the ankle strap trend, I liked being on trend with a touch of neon, and this dress made me happy!

Everyone looks so lovely. What a great way to see such a diverse group of women. I am enjoying seeing the variety of personalities and how they express themselves. Also, finding lots of new ideas for 2014.

What fun! Here are my favorites from the past year. I was loving my boyfriend jeans this year and also trying new things. I think I finally found the right hair formula in picture 3. I love it and plan on rocking variations of it for all of 2014.

I am ridiculously late to this party but my oh my…late or not, I had to see everyone's gorgeous outfits. YOU ARE ALL BEAUTIFUL, STYLISH CREATURES!!!

I'm going to be going back and reviewing your outfits with a fine tooth comb because there is so much wisdom here and much I can learn.

Here are what I think to be my favourite outfits from 2013, representing both dressy, casual, warm weather and cold weather.

Thanks for posting, ladies. You all look sensational, and it's great fun to see your faves - and look back at outfits that I had forgotten all about. It's like getting a little style prezzie on New Year's Day. I'm not sure I will get back to comment on the rest of the outfits though, because I need to rest my arms after yesterday's marathon.

Special shout out to Caro, who is an extremely stylish lady for graciously taking the time and effort to comment on everyone's outfits with love and care. WOW. That's impressive, deep, selfless and highly commendable. You are beautiful inside and out, Caro, and I can't pick a fave between your stunnningly killer outfits. Many thanks for the kind words. xo

I had so much fun viewing and reading about all these wonderful outfits. So much inspiration!

Hi everyone! I have no outfit pictures to share but I did want to thank absolutely each and everyone of you who posted outfits here and who post outfits throughout the year. I cannot express how much I appreciate the time and effort this must take. I learn an extraordinarly amount from your posts and am constantly inspired, awed, and impressed. Your ideas, creativity, choices and thoughtful commentary are without parallel!! Thank you for allowing me to share in your sartorial adventures!! I so look forward to seeing where your style journeys take you in 2014!!

Seriously. All I need to do is make a flip book out of all your "bests" and I would never need to look at a fashion magazine or blog again for inspiration. You amaze me, all of you.

Late to this party, but between winter storms, power outages, internet outages, frozen pipes, etc, finding the time to sit down and go through my WIW's from 2013 was tough!

And once I found the time, it was still tough. Some interesting observations... I really struggled to find outfits I liked prior to this summer. Is that because my syle has changed? Evolved? Is it my hair?

There are still several outfits I'd like to add to this, but I could spend all day trying to make a final decision. So here goes.

here's a few I really liked

#8 Skirt Handmade
#9 Tank Handmade
#11 Peplum Handmade
#13 Skirt handmade

I love this thread so much! It's overwhelming though. I want to go back through and take in each person's contributions. You all look so wonderful, and I love seeing the variety of styles here.

I hope it's OK to keep going with my contribution, late to the game as I am. I've been kinda sick the last couple of days (way to start a new year, huh?), after lots of hectic holiday activity. Today we have a half a foot of snow on the ground, so I'm confined to the house. What better time to comb through the year's outfits! I've posted some favorites below.

One thing that strikes me is that I know some of my favorites didn't even get photographed, and taking photos in my bedroom mirror is a poor substitute for better shots. Sorry the quality isn't better. I know I'll go down the rabbit hole of perfectionism if I start using my big-girl camera and tripod for outfit photos, so I just haven't invested that kind of time.

#2 looks even better with both shoes. And imagine the shoes in #5 with the dress in #4 -- my summer favorite. Just add statement necklace and/or cuff.

I realize I am super late to this party, but I wanted to contribute a few of my faves for 2013. I'm looking forward to a 2014 full of fashion, fun and a new walk in closet

Thank you all for the eye candy.

And Janet, we have the same necklace. How fab is that?
