Full kudos to Merwoman for spotting this skirt (#16) at Club Monaco last Saturday and saying "I could see you in that"! It is colourblocked in mint and navy with black trim and has a wrap detail with an exposed zipper. I would honestly never have tried this style, but I quite like it. I also tried a silk blouse (#15)with mint and white diagonal stripes. Alas, the blouse was too large and I was nervous about the skirt, so I decided to order it online so I could try with my own things and have the option to return. Thank you so much to Merwoman, Ms Katie Kat, Nicole D, Amiable and Sveta; you were all so helpful with ascertaining the correct fit and offering styling suggestions! As promised, I ordered the skirt and blouse (and a sleeveless white top, #17) and was very excited to find them on my doorstep today.
