I believe Mango tends to run small for bottoms, but how about tops/jackets?

The jacket I'm looking for is only available in Small, which may be too small. Size charts tend to be useless for me (they always indicate up to 2 sizes too large), but Mango's chart pegs the Small at a 35.43" bust while I'm more like 36". Worth a try?
