chewyspaghetti, it is precisely that. I like the idea of the lucky girls also wearing it in solidarity, though --- maybe even a tongue-in-cheek, politically incorrect, boob job apologist. Anything that defuses the grimness of this terrifying spectre called cancer can only be a good thing, in my book --- though I might not wear one around a suffering friend, as it would seem to make light of her problems and perhaps her loss.
That was what gave me pause. How do I know, wearing it on the street, that I won't strike a nerve in an actual sufferer, or a relation/friend of a cancer survivor (or, god forbid, of someone who lost the battle)? Would I want to risk that? I'm undecided. I *would* absolutely wear it at home, among friends and family who know me well enough though.
