Hi, my dears! A good friend recently bought a black fabric obi belt but is not sure how she should wear it. If we lived nearby, I'd go to her house and I'd make her try on a variety of outfits and we'd figure it out together via trial & error. However, we live in different countries.

So, would you mind posting here any photos you have of yourself wearing outfits that include an obi belt? I figure if I can direct her to this thread; a variety of stylish "real women" wearing obi belts in different ways will give her inspiration. Also, if you have learned any tips & rules as to how you think obi belts look particularly good, please post them here.
