We were out birding yesterday afternoon at a nearby lake and noticed a helicopter circling endlessly. We went to the main boat launch where the helicopter had landed, and talked to one of the crew. Apparently a man fell off his fishing boat about 1000 feet from shore. There were two helicopters, sheriff's boat, diving team, ambulance, fire truck, and who knows what else, just trying to find him. As of this morning they still haven't found him.
