It looks kind of bunchy at the waist, even on the model. I'm not sure...

Sorry, I can't talk you out of it. You look amazing in green. At first i was going to point out that those dropped waists are very difficult to wear, but I see that the belt is actually supposed to be at the waist. I'm picturing it with your angry boots.

It seems very slinky and cold for your climate, and you have other pretty dresses already. Seems like a waist would get lost in all that blousing, too.

The colour is beautiful, though I'm personally not a fan of the shape. I find it too slouchy and flimsy, but I am not really sure what your body type is like.

I really like Rita's dress suggestion. A lot more flattering on many body types! I prefer the green on the link you posted though!
