We've had a few hiccups today. If you have had any trouble reaching the site (even if it was just slower-than-normal performance) please reply to this thread with some details, including...

- the time it happened (approximate is ok, accurate is great)
- how long the outage lasted
- what exactly happened (slow, broken page, white screen, error message, etc.)

tried to get on in the last hour (every 5-10 minutes, a few tries each time). the google icon indicated that access was complete, but the page was blank.

Greg I had a few "white screens" starting at 9am CST. I haven't had any issues lately, though.

Initially I typed in 'youlookfab.com' and was directed to the home page as normal. I tried to click "forum" and got a white screen. I refreshed a few times, and still had a white screen. I backed up to the home page and tried to log in, and still got a white screen.

I waited a few minutes and then clicked "Forum" again and it was fine. Only one other time did I get a white screen, but I can't remember where I was specifically clicking.

I was getting a white screen for both the blog and the forum around 11:30 for about 10 minutes or so.

I tried to log in about 10 minutes ago (11:35ish am pacific time) and had a white screen. I refreshed a few times and the white screen remained. It is now 11:45 and I was able to log on.

I've been experiencing the mentioned "White Screen" phenomenon sporadically for about an hour now. Refreshing a few times seems to fix it.

Shortly after 11:00 Eastern time, I tried to post a reply on someon'e thread. When I hit submit, the page never loaded and my comment did not appear. Something similar happened about an hour later when I tried to click the link to the YLF store...the page simply never loaded. When I went back and tried again, it worked.

Got white screen for both forum and blog around 1:45pm central that lasted about 5 min. I logged on and posted and commented on one thread and got white screen again for 10 min. Just logged back on at 2:05pm central.

Same as Marianna--I got the white screen for the last hour or so. It looked like the address wouldn't fully load and left just a white screen without a bar showing that it was loading or trying to load.

I've had trouble here too off and on all day (starting at 5:30 am PST). The browser bar has the web address and instead of the little Y logo in the tab, it is a square paper shape (does that make any sense) and nothing loads on the page. Is that the white screen you're talking about?

I tried to gain access between 3:30 - 4:00 UK time (just before the first blog post) and could gain access to the blog, but not to the forum, again it was a white screen. I also tried to log in from the blog page but again got a blank white page.

This is my third attempt at gaining access to the site in the last ten minutes, I could not gain access through Bing's search engine but could through Google. Edit time 20:00 pm UK time.

White screen for an hour or more this morning.

Sorry you guys are having tech troubles, as you are already having a stressful week! Hope it's all resolved soon.

White screen here too -- actually, I was reading the blog post on booties, clicked over to the post Angie linked in the comments there to read about how to wear booties, and got the white screen. Tried to refresh a few times, and just now got back on. This was in the last half hour (11:45-12:20 Seattle time).

ETA at 12:30: Just got the white screen again when I hit the "back" button in my browser. Kept hitting "back" and ended up on this forum thread, so I figured I'd update this!

I had a white screen at 3:40 pm German time, that should be 6:40 am your time, for quite some time. And again just an hour ago (1:50 your time). Luckily I had saved my loooong post before hitting submit.

I had a problem posting a reply around noon and needed to repost it. Then I could not access the site at all around 3PM and just now got a white screen opening a post (3:55PM). All time is Eastern zone.

I have only had problems with the white screen when checking from my phone. On the computer it seems fine. I tried navigating to YLF from my iphone and just got a blank page. I tried refreshing but same thing. Eventually I gave up. It did work for a few minutes while I checked today's post though, then went down again. I checked first around 8:30EST then again around 2:00.

I kept getting a white screen this afternoon UK time (around 1pm UK time) this went on sporadically for a couple of hours it's been fine for me since 6pm UK time x

Thanks for the updates. I think I might have fixed the problem for the moment, so please let me know if you see the white screen after the timestamp on this post.

White screen at about 8 a.m. CST or thereabouts. Didn't last real long ... I believe I checked back an hour later and it was fine.

Wow - great input. This feature is a lot more important than I imagined. I particularly like the idea that the related posts help in the search scenario.

I also agree with a lot of people who use this as the jumping off point to other things after reading a post. I find myself doing this a lot in the blogs and news sites that I read.
