I have a soft spot for J.C.Penney, and I really appreciated their everyday low pricing rather than inflated prices plus constant sales. Alas, this was not a successful strategy for them, so now they are trying a stores-in-stores concept. http://www.latimes.com/busines.....0261.story

Perfume may not be an integral part of some people's style, but there's no question it's a mainstay of the fashion industry and one of my new fascinations.
