While looking for photos of the fantastic Rudi Gernreich exhibit I attended with Marley and Vicki over the weekend, I stumbled on a new-to-me Los Angeles based blog that features all kinds of L.A. style, including updates on all the museum openings as well as fashion, travel, home decor -- you name it!

This article is about how retail stores manipulate customers. I was slightly infuriated after reading it.

It got me thinking about if there are any retail stores that are upfront about their practices and still sell good quality clothing. Perhaps this is also why thrift shopping is on the rise? I'm curious to see what you, Angie, think about this as a former buyer and a member of the fashion industry.
