I found this through a crafting website, but have been using it to create outfits when I'm uninspired. It's a huge list of color palettes based off of photos. You can search by subject, season and color.
It's been a huge help since I have no natural eye for color and usually stick to neutrals to be safe. I hope it helps someone else too!

Quirky short video in which American designers in 1939 predict fashion trends for 2000. They were not quite spot on, but I l love this type of black and white retro film footage anyhow. And look at that white pantsuit, it looks positively modern and has a harem pants vibe going on.
