Posting two links here for Los Angeles/Orange County-area YLF'ers:
Two days ago, the Today Show interviewed Bette Midler about her upcoming exhibit "The Collection of Bette Midler Exhibition" which takes place in Beverly Hills before the actual auction and best of all, it's FREE. I'll be seeing it Nov. 8 with a friend. Join us, if you'd like!

The second link is a wonderful, small temporary exhibit of "theatrical costumes from Italy's world famous haute couture designers." Presented by the Wallis Annenberg Center for Performing Arts, Il Teatro alla Moda, Theater in Fashion, features Armani, Capucci, Valentino, Versace and Missoni, among others. It began Oct. 14 and runs only for four weeks. Admission is $10 and free on Wednesdays.

This is a very small space and you can see the exhibit in about an hour. The costumes are stunning! Hope you have an opportunity to enjoy one or both of these exhibits.
