Inge, related to the recent sunscreen blog post and discussion, here is a post from a cosmetic scientist blogger that I find helpful. He discusses whether high spf is really better than a low spf, the effect of different types of sunscreen molecules, and the importance of well-moisturized skin.

I started following this blog recently, and find the classic American success story summarized in today's post fascinating, (A lot has already been written about them.) They have been criticized for staging their photo shoots, but I think their iconic photos of New England are compelling. My son says they are huge with the younger demographic but their appeal transcends ages if you like preppy. In fact, their photos have been said to be timeless, as if they could have been taken anytime in the last 50 years.
