Since I first became an adult, I increasingly wore black, because it made me feel slim, elegant - or at least invisible and no-fuss. At the height of the pandemic, I started avoiding it. I’m slowly shifting away from it in my wardrobe. And I found this brief video by renowned yogi Sadhguru, about wearing/not wearing black, really resonated with me.
