Please help me pick a bag

I'm a bag amateur, I've come to realize.

My bag collection is small, and I like it that way. But I need/want a new neutral light colored bag for Spring/Summer, and I don't know which one. I'm really confused by all my options.

I have stone colored outerwear - moto and trench. I also wear navy, black and denim. My shoes are mostly neutrals. I've been looking at this bag - I like the style, but is it a good color to mix with what I already have? http://www.danier.com/chloe-em.....20_cl_1131

Do you have any other suggestions for me? Please add links if possible. I'm off to London tomorrow, and it is a great opportunity to pick up a new bag. I'm also open to other colors, but not black or brown. My budget is moderate.

It has a lot of grey in it so I think it will look great with the blues and blacks. If your stone outerwear has more brown than grey I think it will still go. It is a beautiful bag!

That's such a pretty bag! I think it should look good with all those shades and would definitely feel springy.

I keep wanting a light bag like that for myself, but then I remember that I'm way too much of a dirt magnet to be trusted with one.

Thanks! I like it a lot, and the price is really good right now. I'm probably going to ruin it relatively quickly, so I don't want to pay a lot. I would also like to have money left for a fun clutch in a pattern or color.

That is a beautiful bag for you and a great price point. In my experience, that structured shape can add a bit of sophistication and elegance to outfits, yet play well with more casual options. A big yes here.

Bone is a very versatile color to have. I have a Brooks Brothers bag in that color (cheered on by YLF a number of years ago) and I love it quite a lot.

That looks beautiful and classic - a can't-miss.

Just to throw out another idea in case you want it, with your neutral wardrobe you could also add a colored bag into the mix - cobalt, say, to be bold, or burgundy to be more subtle. Or red!

But again, the one you've chosen looks quite gorgeous, so if you like it, you should go for it!!

Hi Ingunn! That bag is nice, kind of stiff IRL, because of the embossed leather, but very nice and a good deal. As well, the embossed pattern will make this bag last a long time - won't show scratches. Let me know if you need help getting it to Norway.
In terms of colour, I agree that bone is very versatile and can be worn year round, but tan is also so classic and would contrast a bit with your pale outerwear.

Thank you Nicole! I've asked Shannon because we've been talking about this before, but I haven't heard from her yet. If she is unable to do it, I'm very grateful for your help.

I picked the bone color because I already have a cognac/tan messenger bag, and want something even lighter. You are quite right, this bag will not give much contrast to my outerwear, but I think it will look fab with my navy blazer and also with my denim jacket. Come to think of it, I have a green blazer, too

Great bag, Ingunn. It's beautiful and looks like your style. It's along the lines of the Hermes Birkin, a very classic look. I agree with Deb that the color looks like a gray (cool) stone, as opposed to a yellow (warm) stone. I wonder if a creamier (warmer) tone would complement your wardrobe better? Maybe not, as you do wear a lot of white. Just a thought.
