Please help me decide on a belt

I hadn't ordered the other belt I was looking at yet, which turned out to be a good thing. I was looking for jeans at this website when I came across the belts. You order a leather strap and the buckle seperately and can create your own combination. I think it looks great and it is a great price. And it's all made on order in Germany. Love it!

I definitely want a black one to start with, but I was thinking I could additionally order the light brown in spring. Which buckle would you order? I would like the black oxidized one for the black belt, but I think a silver would look better with the light brown.

Those look like really nice belts!

For the black one, I definitely like the sound of an oxidized black buckle. (Is that #3?) For the light brown, I'd probably choose #4 over #5 for myself because the more muted metal seems like it would be more versatile to wear with both warm and cool tones, but that may just be me. I think both options would look great!

I agree with your thinking. Do you have shoes or a bag that you would wear with the belt? If so, you might consider the hardwear, if any.

Thanks Aubergine! The black oxidized is #3, yes. I guess you're right, the matte silver might be more versatile. I guess I just think having one buckle that works with both straps would be the best solution.

Thanks Joy! All these should work with shoes and bags. I already left the golden toned metals out, those wouldn't work.

Beautiful belts! I have an ink or deep navy belt with a silver buckle that I wear all the time so if you wanted to just go with one buckle, I think the silver would work really well - either one of the silver would do - the shinier maybe is more "dressy" if that matters.

Thanks Texstyle! Yes, I think I will go with a silver one. It appeals to my love for the practical to only have one buckle... Probably the less shiny silver, I think it would be the most versatile.
