Good morning! Thank you all so much for your feedback, support and incredibly kind comments. Dress rehearsal had some glitches, but mom and MIL loved every moment. The evening performance was delightful! The children sang with gusto, only a few lines were stalled and the theater was filled with smiling faces.
I ended up wearing the yellow sweater for the dress rehearsal. I wanted the cast and dancers to be able to see me for prompting, if needed.
For the evening performance I ended up with the navy floral blouse and navy slacks. Prior to rushing home to change, the custodians told me they had lost the sketch I gave them of where to place the flowering plants and shrubs. I suspected I would be rearranging the flora and fauna, so white pants would not have been wise.
