I kind of like the check pattern.

I'm having a hard time seeing the plaid on pair #1, but it's probably the fault of my awful monitor.

I'm probably no help, but I like them both. I'd personally probably get 1 since they're more subtle, but that may not be what you're going for.

I like the check pattern (#2), but I'd have to have #1. Could wait. I've been thinking about punk plaid skinnies, but I'm not sold because everything I've been seeing somehow has been too sedate in color for me.

I'd go for the first pair even with the dry cleaning hassle. Unlike tops, I can get by with drying cleaning pants once or, at the most, twice a season if I'm reasonably careful.

I really dig both. I guess it depends on how often you d/c or how prohibitive the cost is. I have a _slight_ preference for #1.
