Hubby and I *might* have the chance for a short getaway in July and are considering NYC. If we were to go, does anyone have suggestions for a good inexpensive place to stay? Doesn't have to be super fancy but we do prefer (relative) quiet.
We have a few places we like from previous stays but they are on the pricey side (well...what isn't, in NYC). And availability isn't clear.
