Sorry, no shoes upstairs...

Picture 4: same dress, with the red top I am wearing today.
Everything still has tags on so If you convince me something is not quite up to par I can return it.

You look great! I like the colors and the patterns of the blouse-like top, but I'm unsure about the cut. Is there an elastic at the bottom? I LOVE the cardigan in #2, the color looks gorgeous on you and I like the length. I think this one would also look good over a skirt or dress. Are you able to belt it? And I really like the dress on you! I'm not sure about the length though. Is it so short that you have to wear it with tights? I think this one would look awesome with the patterned tights, boots and a colorful scarf, provided that the fabric of the dress is suitable for fall/winter.

I think the dress is great. Add a pair of knee high boots and you are good to go. The top is cute but I do agree about the bottom. I avoid tops that pull in at the bottom though so my opinion is not without bias.

The top has elastic at the bottom. It is super comfortable. But I am not sure how well those creases will hold in the wash, I am supposed to wring it out and let it dry lying wringed. Probably will take ages, although it is very thin fabric. I absolutely love the pattern and the colours but you may be right it is not the right length for me. I will try it with my black trousers, which are more ladylike than jeans.

The dress is of a winter fabric so it is going to be worn with tights and boots. I would feel uncomfortable to wear it with bare legs, it is really short. How average length people are going to wear it, I don't know. Maybe as a top over some pants/leggings/...? I think it could be worn with the red cardigan and a black cardigan that I already own.

I'm so-so on the blouse, maybe you should take it back and try for something fabulous!

Yes Misvee, I love red shoes. I have some red sandals, but they are of the frumpy mom kind, comfortable sandals but not elegant at all. When I was on the hunt for them I bumped into some red suede brogues and I bought those.

Heleen, I love everything you got! I'm particularly mad about the dress pattern. The colour palette of all the pieces is unified and they could mix with each other beautifully. You're super cute in the red cardigan! *wants to wear this palette*

Fantastic dress! I do like it with the red at the neck better. The tights look great with the small crosshatch or diamond pattern.

As to the print top, I like the idea of print, and the low contrast colors red and black are good on you - but maybe blues are better? (However, the black graphic print dress looks great so not sure why I am feeling this way?) The length is a bit short to my eye - can you bring home some other choices and take photos? Maybe a more flowery or paisley print, reds and blues instead of blacks? Your photos are looking great, by the way.

I had a crinkly blouse like that, and it was easy to care for. Wash it on gentle, and just lay flat or hang on a hanger. It dries really fast - overnight or quicker.

cjh, this was the only top of this kind at the shop. I was instantly attracted to it because of the colour. The options are keep this one or return and look elsewhere for tops. Your description of patterns sounds nice, it is an idea to stay on the look out.
Unfortunately these lovely tights are already in the bin, you can't see it on the picture but it has a hole just above the left knee.

Wow, that dress is a definite KEEP for you! I love it with the red but also with black.

I love the colours of the blouse, but I don't think the cut works well for you. I'm not sure about the sweater, either. It's lovely, but I wonder if it's a bit too voluminous. But perhaps it wouldn't be, belted, or with a dress.

It's a shame about that blouse because the colours just seem so rich.

I'm so jealous of your coloring because you can wear all of these fabulous colors! Every color and pattern is right-on for you, IMHO. You look so lovely!

The length of the dress doesn't shock me, but I'm sure it would look great with a black legging and boots. I agree about the bottom of the blouse. Can the elastic be snipped? It would be perfect if it had a slight A-line at the bottom and rested just at the fullest part of the hip.

The cardigan seems long to me, but what do I know? Maybe it's a body type thing. I have a long torso so it helps to do the opposite: wear cropped sweaters and jackets. But if it were outerwear I wouldn't have a problem with that length....maybe I'd better defer to the others on that!
