No Buy July is gasping it's last breaths and I'm getting ready!!
I have been wanting a black leather cuff for over a year, but I don't want it to be over the top, Hot Topic, teen goth gear, ya know?
Refined rocker is the vibe I'm going for.
Which one for me?

Personally, I love pic 1. It is, however, very, very similar to the blue you already own (pic 4). Not sure if that matters to you or not.

I also much prefer #1 to #2. It seems more adult than rhinestones.

I really like #1 for you. It's a bit edgy but not OTT. I think it looks more sophisticated than #2

So, one is the crowd favorite. I only had 2 concerns, similarity to the ones I already own, and the weight of the studs rotating it around. I have that issue with the cuffs I already own, the heavier metal detailing wants to slide to the bottom. Darn skinny wrists!
Number 2 strikes most of you as more . . . kitschy? for lack of a better word? Like what a teenager dons to dress up as bad ass? That kind of thing?

#1! Cool, substantial but simple. Something about the rhinestones going around the cuff in #2 doesn't sit right with me.

#3 was going to be my first choice but, you already have it, yeah!

FYI - Anthropolgie has a Pilcro denim pencil skirt that every time I see it I think of you. I wasn't going to say anything but No Buy July is about to be history

I prefer #1 but I kind of want to say maybe keep looking for something that doesn't look so much like the one you already own.

#1 does seem more in keeping with your style. But thinking back, I'm not as sure about that as I was initially. Your Refined Rocker isn't always architectural. In any case, I feel #2 is more RATE, a little more romantic.

I like #1, it has presence yet is classic from the buckle and materials used for it. The second one looks more trendy.

I love #3, so really glad you already own it. I like the zips on #2, but the rhinestones aren't doing it for me.

I was all set to vote for #3, by far my favorite for you! I voted for #1, but I think something with a dusted metal might be better (that's what I would pick for myself, anyway).

Yeah... I'm with everyone else on how beautiful #1 is, but that it is similar to what you have. I just went on Etsy, as ATLynn suggested and I went way down the rabbit hole! So many amazing things there. I copied links to some that I thought were particularly interesting and would fit your wrist. The last one is expensive and amazing - from stingray leather (from Bankok where it is only from stingrays that are used for food, so not killed for their leather). I just couldn't get over how interesting it was! (The filigree one you posted is gorgeous!)

Fell in love with the filigree BCBG cuff you posted--think it has the perfect amount of tough and refined and could work with MANY outfits, dressier or rock and roll (the rivets and plate toughen up the filigree, for me at least). Hmm.. You've come back to this one over the course of a year, maybe something along these lines is where you want to head?
