Pic posting survey....

Do you all like oufit posts that are week long or longer or would you rather comment on daily outfit posts? Or somewhere in between?

I think I prefer the in between category. I enjoy looking at everyone's outfits but some of the longer ones, I start to forget which outfit was on what day. I think three is a good number.

Any thoughts?

I guess I'm somewhere in the middle, too. If there is a question about something in particular then posting it solo makes sense, but if it's just a regular WiW post then I prefer to do several at once.

I think no more than 4 or 5 in one post otherwise it does get a bit long.

Between 1 and 5 at the most, anything above that and I get overwhelmed by the number of links and it takes so long to view and comment x

seeing outfits is my absolute favorite part of the forum so I don't mind at all when people post every day. BUT, I do know though that if I post 3 or 4 outfits, people are more free to say "I really liked 1,2 and 4 but didn't like such and such about outfit #3." If I just post one outfit, you ladies are so kind you would never tell me that I shouldn't have walked out of the house wearing that

I really don't mind going through several versions of an outfit (like 10 ways to wear this top) it is fun to see peoples creativity and see certain looks really stand out above others. When people have several things posted like this, I open another tab and use one tab to write comments and the other to view the pictures.

But to be honest, if you post 30 days worth of outfits, I 'm probably not going to go through all of them . I give a quick look and note a few outfits that really stood out to me. It does help if people post one link to the whole lot, but it can still be overwhelming.

I've been doing every day, so let me know if that's annoying. I tend to get bogged down in the really long ones, so I like 1-3 at a time.

I also like between one and three looks, otherwise I have to keep referring back to the photographs and have even had to resort to a notebook and pen to jot my thoughts as I look at each image. You can imagine DH's face when he finds a list referring to look 1 'love the colour, too much volume'.

I post single images because I tend to only post if trying a new look.

When I started here, most people posted a week's worth of outfits (usually 5-6) and that's what I got used to. It's easier for me to remember that I need to post last week's outfits in one entry than try to track which ones I have posted here or not. I actually can't keep track of the one-shots especially when the names are so similar so I often skip those inadvertently.

If you're looking for opinions on an outfit, then I usually only look at 2-3 of the links before I am ready to offer my thoughts.

Queenie, I noticed the same thing: people are more willing to offer constructive criticism when there are a couple of choices provided as opposed to if it is only the one outfit. I find it very helpful -- and fascinating to see how one outfit appeals to some people but not to others!

I prefer around three to five.
What I've started to do is only post new looks, new items, or outfits inspired by Angie's blog posts. Most of you have seen everything I have already.

I don't mind any amount of photo's but I tend to start skimming when there is alot of text...sometimes I have to go back and re-read because I have missed important info.

I'd say about 1-3 is a nice size. I have a slow computer, so if there's more it usually takes too long. I'm getting a new computer tonight though, so post away!

I'm with the majority when there is between 1 and 3 photos - I find it easier to spend a little more time admiring each outfit. When there are a lot of photos, I find I tend to "gloss" over them a lot faster. That said, it is fascinating to see how people pull together a whole week's worth of outfits!
