The weather has warmed up considerably and wearing dark bottoms felt heavy. Hence, the experimentation wth white bottoms (oh, and I also bought a white denim skirt that will arrive late next week).
It is a LOT OF WHITE. Since white was spread over weekends and some work, it wasn't too much.
Here are my notes:
1. Still Prefer High Contrast (signature).
2. Do not like or feel fabulous in boxy or straight tops
3. Sleeveless tops and tee shirts continue to define summer uniform (signature)
4 Opaque white crew neck tee shirts continue to define summer casual uniform (signature). Finding opaque white tee shirts is nearly impossible. These tee shirts were purchased from the Gap in 2010.
5. Pearl earrings (signature)
6. Bracelets with sleeveless tops (signature). Evidently I only wear bracelets in the summer months. So this is new.
7. Belts with silver buckles (signature)
8. Toppers just too warm to be of any use.
Forum members commented that my button downs may be the wrong size?? This is quite possible. They are OLD. Fashion and bodies change. Are the button downs too short?? Too tight?? Donation?
I wore two different pairs of white jeans during the week (early versus late in the week). The jeans worn in later in the week seem to make me “look” fat. I don't see how this can be the case since they are the same size. One pair is a "bit" tighter. I might have been standing differently.
Have a great week everyone.
