Photo fail

Hi Greg,
I am having trouble uploading photos. When I choose a file, it shows it uploading, but when it reaches 100%, it reverts to "Failed". Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

I'm sorry about that. I need to ask a few questions to narrow this down...

Is this for all photos, or is it one or a set of photos that don't upload?
Can you send me a photo that is problematic at feedback@youlookfab.com?
Is this on a Mac, or a PC, and...
Which web browser are you using?

Hi Greg,
Thanks for answering so quickly!
It was a number of photos. But all downloaded onto my computer from the camera at the same time, so a set.
I am using a Mac and running Safari as my browser.
I will attempt to send a problematic photo now.

Thanks for sending the examples. I could reproduce the same problem on my end and was able to fix it. Please let me know if you still have trouble uploading those photos.
