Petite shoes help

Does anyone know where to find quality, classy petite size heels/flats at affordable prices ($60-80)! I am 4'11, 100 lbs and wear size 3.5/4 womens.

I have found some websites online, but many are overseas and shipping charges are ridiculous with inconsistent quality. Also, a lot of the styles are ugly or too tacky. I know Nordstroms carries size 4, but depending on the designer, sizing is inconsistent and good styles vary. I wish there were a quality shoe brand and community for small feet. Any help is appreciated! #lifeofapetite

Zappos has quite a few shoes (different brands) in size 35 (4-4.5); maybe too big for you (http://www.zappos.com/womens-s.....gMBGA8.zso). I think finding girls' shoes might be easier e.g. Nordstrom has Sam Edelman petty booties and ballet flats in your size http://shop.nordstrom.com/c/bi.....3&typ...
Kristin at Barking Dog shoes (website) might have more resources as she is a shoe specialist.

hmmmmm i think at that price point, you maybe very limited….i think you are going to need to stalk places like DSW/6 PM every week or so to see whats available in your size and strike when you find something that you like. FYI both sites have some Vaneli's available now in your size/price point….

HI! I wear the same size as you! I live in Portugal, so here we have not the same stores. I've been lucky at Zara (the have some models they make on a smaller size for the Asian Market and sometimes I find them on the stores).
Traditional Portuguese brands and stores make smaller sizes also and the quality is amazing.

Check out Nordstrom Rack. The smallest sizes seem pretty well represented there.

And for flats at least, try the children's section at nicer stores like J Crew. I have some boys' oxfords that are quite classic and high quality, but often the girls' shoes are a little too juvenile. You might find something though...

I second the suggestion to look for girls' shoes for flat shoes. There's more and more adult brands that are branching out into children's footwear. For example I know frye does a huge number of its classic styles in girls sizes. Bonus: they are much cheaper.

I wear a size 5/5.5 US and 35 European, so I disagree with Zappos's claim that 35 = 4/4.5. On the small side of size 4, you definitely won't fit in a TTS size 35 shoe. Size 34 does exist in Europe and especially Asia, but I haven't seen it online.

You may have to be flexible on either price point or classiness--e.g. girls' shoes will be cheaper but the styles are often not quite as refined and lower quality. Among specialty sizes, I've found that quality is more closely correlated with price, since the inconsistent fast fashion stores simply won't carry your size so there's no chance to get lucky.
