Hi YLF ladies.
After months of not shopping, I decided to go out and see if I could find a few pieces to work towards fall. I have loved so many of the great pattern mixes seen here that I decided to give it a try.
I bought this top in smokey taupes, teal, cream and the pants in soft browns with burgundy and teal/blue in the plaid. I took quite a few pics in different rooms and picked two that I think are very close to reality.
I got a new android phone and was wishing I had installed the YLF app before I went out. I also tried on a suzi chin dress and was in line to pay for it when I put it back. I am not sure why because I really liked it. On the way home I remembered I have an outdoor wedding in two weeks and it would have been perfect. I may go back.
Anyway, back to pattern mixing. Yay if you think it is good and nay if you think I should split the pieces up.
The pants also came in a grey plaid but one size was too loose and the next size down was a bit snug. This color was a smaller cut so the larger size fits but isn't baggy.
