Patent red shoes ? Outfit suggestions?

Hello brainy ones!
Sorry I haven’t been around for the last few weeks, it’s been rather hectic. But it has been a time of wardrobe happiness so that’s good!
I had my eye on these beauties for a while, and once they came into deep-ish sale I pounced.
How should I style them? Any ideas? Thank you so much as always.

Omg beautiful shoes.

Well I’d wear them with cropped or ankle length blue or white jeans. I also love a column of color outfit with a pop of color on my shoes. I’m currently really into the “sandwich outfit” so I’d try a red top (Or a top with red in it), a neutral colored bottom and these red shoes.

Looking back at some of your recent Crayola posts, I think these shoes would work really well with the light summer princess look. I’d definitely try them with the crochet outfit. I think you had also asked a while ago about what to wear with navy pants, these would be fab!

Good suggestions kkards, thank you. I didn’t think of the navy pants, but of course that would be perfect. I don’t think I have any red tops but I might have a print top with some red in it maybe….

I wear my dark red flats with denim, light blue, beige, navy. I don’t like to repeat a bright color anywhere else in my outfit. I love your shoes, so cute! And I think you can wear it with everything.

Last week Irina wore (WIW New things) a pair of unadorned red flatsmwith a white tee and navy barrel pants. It was so chic. I immediately pulled out my red suede mules and copied the outfit.

She also showed a horizontal striped navy sweater, and I thought that was also great with red shoes. Very French without being a caricature.

I love red shoes and wish you joy of them!

Get co-ordinating shoes and bag and you can wear those red shoes with anything. Red is sort of a neutral that can be worn all year. I am trying to put together some winter red, white, and black outfits. Good luck!

I'd wear them with everything because isn't red a neutral? But in all seriousness, you are a colourful crayola princess so I know you will style them with aplomb. They could be the standout piece or they could play along with other reds.

I have red patent shoes as well, and I like them with white jeans and some other red element in the outfit. I have a sweater with a strawberry print, and a red tweed jacket, for example.

Hi guys, thank you for the excellent ideas, all valuable. Well I DID wear the shoes today, I followed your tips and came up with something. I also used a bright red lipstick that matched the shoes, that really helped to tie it together- honestly it was the key. Sorry no photo!
* also I buttoned the shirt right up to the very very top, and fully tucked it in. That gave it a more structured, formal look. Also in real life these pants are quite a lot more fitted than they look in the photo, so they balanced out the wide shacket better than it would seem from looking at the finds pics.

Fabulous shoes! I agree, wear them with anything. I don't think you have to have red anywhere else in the outfit for them to work -- but you certainly can. Wear them with pink, coral, orange... But mostly, enjoy them!

Oh my gosh! Those are such cute shoes! I like how you styled them!!

I don't know if it's your style or not, but I can see them with a swingy midi dress/skirt...kind of a retro flair. And of course they'd be cute with cropped wide leg pants...again, I'm thinking of a soft fabric that will move when you walk. So cute!!

You can wear them with just about anything when you pull the look together with some of the same red in the rest of the outfit.

I'm late but I wanted to comment how beautiful these shoes are. I would wear them with everything: jeans, elegant trousers, a denim skirt, dresses, shorts ... They look practical and sophisticated!
I have had many pairs of red shoes in my life, I find them versatile and unique.

Agreeing to have some other pop of red in the outfits- if even just a bracelet, lipstick, or little scarf tied to a bag- to make it look itentional.

I enjoy wearing red shoes with tan chino (khaki - USA definition) pants and a white shirt. I don't really feel like red shoes need a tie in elsewhere in the outfit for me, personally, but I do enjoy a red lip.
