I’m seriously thinking about it now because it IS that kind of party. We’ll close a restaurant down, be a couple hundred people, bring in a dj and disco lights, and we’ll serve hard liquor - yeah, rare these days for a company party. Folks get up and salsa and dress to the nines... on the verge of tacky, lol. Guess that’s what happens when you’re in baggy chef jackets and covered in flour the rest of the year.
