Suz,

Brooklyn, I did! Too long in the rise. Cute though! Although the length is treacherous

Team Citron is winning.....

I have a 0% success rate guessing your picks so I'm going with Citron while knowing I've just jinxed that Team

Well, I’m biased towards orange so I’ll say that! I think you would dress these up beautifully. I see you pairing them with your lovely light blues and whites and your new oatmeal colors too.

Citron! It just seems more like you! I am anxious to see if you like them.

Citron gets my vote because it is such a hard to come by colour and I love neon.

Citron would call to you. Unless you saw the orange first !

My gut instinct is citron. Brighter, higher energy, and will add more variety to your existing wardrobe. But I think both colours have great potential!

I like the orange, but because you already have the orange Colettes, I’m recommending Citron.

Team Citron! Something about the style in orange makes me think of construction workers.

So difficult. Citron if you don't have a pair in this colour.

I vote citron.

DUTCH orange !

...With clogs !!

Dutch orange for you-because you love that much your other dressier pants:-)but...I'll bet you'll juxtaposition them with pearls, dressy shirts and jacket!

Citron is so, so fun!

Dutch Orange. But the citron is your color too. Get what is hardest to find most years . Maybe both?

Citron. They remind me of the pants worn and used as a flag by Owen Wilson in the movie The Big Year.

Thanks, everyone!

Team Citron wins! And they were the colour I ordered - my first choice until I debated about the orange.

I appreciate the opinions and giggles

Will let you know what I think, once they arrive.

Missed the vote

I had a feeling. But I had to put in my vote for the underdog orange.

Did you use my sitting on the fence vote to swing it for the citron? LOL!

JenniNZ, lets just say I'm glad you voted citron!

LAST UPDATE:

The citron came and went. More green in person. Super cute, actually! I had lots of fun styling them with the blues and whites in my wardrobe. And the fabric is a LOVELY 100% comfy and breathable cotton. But ultimately, I did not feel "neat and tidy" and polished in them. They were too wide all over, liable to crease too much, and not something that was worth narrowing with alterations. I don't enjoy a full elastic waist either. NEXT, although fun to have tried them

That was pretty much my feeling after trying on my first pair of parachute style pants.

Thank you for the update, Angie, which makes lots of sense.

I like the idea of the parachute pants, but keep looking for a more restrained version where he waistband is not fully elastic.

I didn’t really think they were you… glad you had fun trying xx

Excellent! Or not, but I mean excellent to have tried them! Glad it was a fun try on session!
