I'm looking for the following Pants for work & a great pair of Jeans;

~ 10.5" rise or lower (this hits right under my belly button, could probably go a little lower wouldn't want to do much though)
~ Straight/Regular Leg (obviously not tapered), or slightly full leg at hem (I can't do a wide leg)
~ Medium weight pant with structure (meaning not a flimsy material)
~ Smart casual (not 5 pocket style)
~ No slit pockets in back (these tend to bunch so I try to stay away in general)
~ No side pockets (they tend to pucker on my hips)
~ Colors: Camel, Olive, Brown (Black only if it's the perfect cut for me!)
~ Now, I would be in heaven if I could find a suit (meaning jacket to match the pants that I could mix/match) with a tailored fit (one or 2 button) that sits right at the waist.
~ Prefer natural materials, ideally I wouldn't have to dryclean

~ Jeans in a Dark rinse (91/2 - 10" rise, 32" length, same leg (9-11" flare maybe)

Going to Mall of America next week for a few days & I really want to have a purpose, budget, and stick to it. So, I'm trying to line up stores/brands ahead of time so I have a plan & can be successful.

I would appreciate any comments on BRANDS & STORES to try.
