I'm in a bit of a pants crisis. I lost weight during the pandemic, then did online teaching (and wore jeans every day), and haven't really built back up my work pants collection, which I need to do for the fall. I was hoping to use the NAS to help me do that. Here are some options and I'd love your opinions. Sorry for the pained expressions. I really hate trying on clothes.

1-3. VC Plaid Straight Leg (very quickly pinned to approximate length)
Pros - They are blue, which I wear a lot
Cons - They may be a little baggy in the hip/upper thigh; a bit boring.

4-5. W&W Ponte (larger size)
6-7. W&W Ponte (smaller size)
Pros - Very comfy, fit well, won't have to hem
Cons - They are black, and I promised myself I wouldn't buy any more black pants, as they don't do much for me; kind of boring.

8-11. VC Plaid Wide Leg (very quickly pinned one leg to approximate length)
Pros - Seem to fit well, and although black they have a blue and a magenta stripe
Cons - Well, they are still black (see above) and kind of boring

12-17. Paige wide-leg jeans (with one leg quickly pinned to approximate ankle length)
Pros - They fit well and they are not boring! And I don't have any wide-leg jeans
Cons - None that I can see, but which length is best? I like them both.

Do I keep boring pants because I need them? If so, which ones? And which length is best for the jeans?

Thank you if you have time to comment!
