Hi all,

i really like the jean brand "Not Your Daughters Jeans" I was wondering if anyone has found that same fit in pants?

Any brands that you would recommend?

Melissa, not sure about true pants like wool or linen pants, if that's what you're looking for.

However, I have 2 pairs of ponte knit pants from NYDJ, and a friend bought some colored cords from them. The fit is similar to the jeans. Maybe ponte knit would work for what you need?

I would try their ponte pants but they dont make them in tall. i need a 34 inseem.

I am looking for a casual pant, you know, comfortable but nicer than workout gear.

I don't know about tall sizes, I'm 5'2". Sigh....

However, there are some tall ladies here. You might change the subject line of your post to specifically call out long inseams.

Also, it looks like Express has long pants, you might try them, but I don't know about fit compared to NYDJ.

Good call on express. They have a higher rise like nydjs, and they have longer lengths too.

I was looking for a pant with more stiffness, ya know what i mean. Express are pretty flimsy.

I need 34 inches too and have had good luck recently at Ann Taylor Loft and Banana Republic. Actually, BR is almost too long which seems like a luxury! Good luck and let lus know what you discover!

If you're looking for denim that is as comfortable as NYDJ, I recommend Paige jeans in the Hidden Hills style. Higher rise, comfy fabrication, come in straight or bootcut. Inseam is 34". I'm 5'10." Also try CJ by Cookie Johnson. Those jeans are soft, run large and are longer.
