The bootie territory is new to me, so I apologize in advance if this question has been asked before... I am trying to get out of the rut of wearing tall flat riding boots with skinny jeans only OR short boots (above ankle) with bootcut jeans only. I have ordered a pair of the well-spoken Petty booties from Amazon (had to, they were 73 - only one pair left!) as I need a bootie, my spring footwear consists of 1 pair of flats and 1 pair of sneakers. I am ready to jump on the bootie bandwagon but... How do I pair them? I looked through some old threads for inspiration, mostly I see skinny jeans with them. How about bf jeans, rolled a bit so a couple inches of skin shows? In one of the blog entries there was a picture of slim jeans cuffed about 2" above booties, I really like that look but haven't seen it duplicated, why?
