I agree about going from yoga pants to jeans! But I'm less certain about athliesure in Europe. Try some breezy skirts and dresses or shorts and capris. They're suited to the weather.
I think a two week trip is a nice length to pack for. You don't have to plot out exact outfits, like for an event-packed weekend, but it also won't be as terrible if you forget something as if you were going for a month or two.
But at this point, I'd be in an absolute panic. I usually start thinking about what to pack as soon as i plan a trip, start making sure none of it is in the laundry a few weeks out, and set aside a corner or suitcase. At first I just toss stuff into it casually, so I don't forget it, and then a day (ideally two days) before departure I start going through it more carefully, making choices. But at least I don't forget the gift I was planning to give someone and my son hasn't had a chance to wear his favorite shirt, because they've been waiting for us.
