I have my first day in the 70's here with cloud cover. So it is cooler, but not what most would consider 'fall' weather. Corduroys and sweaters definitely say fall, but sandals obviously do not. If the sweater is an open weave does that help balance the open toe of the shoe? (And the hat is in case it rains, as it seems pretty determined to do so)
Planning on walking a mile and a half or more, so I can't get too warmly dressed. Should I give this a go?
