Outfit idea? - from shopping Nordie's and lunch to the ballpark

We have a full day planned on Sunday but the activities kind of run the gamut. Baseball game means no shorter dresses or skirts, or heels. But doing some shopping at International Plaza and lunch at a likely more upscale place makes me want to wear dressy casual. http://www.shopinternationalpl.....us#details I have to somehow split the difference, or pack spare shoes, lol.
Does this do the trick? I'm not sure on the satin ribbon belt. I know it's not 'on trend' but I kind of like the textural element of it. If this doesn't hit the mark, what would you change? Thanks for any input and or help!

I think it is perfect for the baseball game...but I know I would feel underdressed at one of those fancy malls. Tough combination. Is your blue shoulder dress too hot for this occasion?

I don't mind the ribbon, but an animal print belt like Shannons- see post re. slouchy B.F. jeans today- might dress the outfit up a bit?

Mall in FL? You are good to go. I love the sandals. I would add an actual belt but the ribbon looks good.

This looks good for both I think. Unless the mall is somewhere people dress up to go to, I think you will look suitably put together for both. I would prefer a belt but the ribbon looks pretty too.

Hmm, I feel like I don't have the right belt - no lighter colors really.
Mander, I love maxi's too, but Not at a baseball game up and down all those steps!
Jayne, I thought of the ink blue cold shoulder, but it's too short to wear as a dress alone now (inch of shrinkage in the wash) boo. Too hot for leggings for sure.
The mall kind of *is* a place where people dress up to go. It has stores like Anne Fontaine and Louis Vitton and Tiffany.
Hmm, maybe I will think about 2 separate outfits with a quick change in the car. Believe it or not, this happens more often to me than you'd think. Tampa is an hour and a half, so we always squeeze in more than one activity and they don't always require the same dress code :/

EDIT: new idea! My blue dress should be coming today. http://www.amazon.com/gp/produ.....os_product I could dress it down with my white crop denim jacket and snakeskin flats for the ballgame and do heels and my cuff bracelet for mall/lunch?

I like the first outfit, but like the blue dress idea even more. Hope the dress comes in time and fits perfectly.

I think the first outfit is cute but with those shorts it is a bit casual. I'd probably wear capris or some other less distressed shorts or light pants for the mall. Won't you be cold in the mall with no jacket and shorts on? I wear various jackets with my shorts inside in summer. The dress and jacket is def. a good option if it arrives in time.

Okay, me again. The blue dress won't shake it's wrinkles, and of course the dry cleaner is closed and we didn't pack an iron. So . . . I am now on to my linen midi halter dress. With my newly acquired accessories it feels fresh to me. I'd rather be overdressed for the ballpark than underdressed for a nice lunch. Good choice?? And should I bring my white crop denim jacket to the park, and take off my bracelet, to dress it down?

That last outfit looks perfect for your day. I don't think you need to dress it down, but the white crop denim jacket sounds great if you want to wear one.
