I ordered these boots online during NAS, and what can I say? They actually fit my calf and feel great. Warm and snug. I am a little hesitant about them, though, because I am 43. So I am wondering if they will read a little too young.

Since these types of questions are often resolved by styling an item appropriately, I am attaching some pics of how Jean from Extra Petite styles them. I actually got the idea to buy them from her, because she highly recommended them for petite gals with skinny calves. I think that the way she has styled them looks elegant and not, well, like a woman of ill repute.

I will say that as far as my personal appearance goes, I look a little younger than my age (I would probably pass for late 30s), and I have a gamine appearance in general. I vascillate between a boho/seventies style and a sleeker, polished modern style. So perhaps if styled in the right way, these would be OK. I'd love to know your thoughts.
