UPDATE: It's done. Not sure how it went as I've never done anything like it before. The woman was all "Where's your headshot?". But I'm pretty sure I won't get the part - although she did have me read for another part, the "beautiful museum curator". HA! Sadly, I don't think I fit either role.

I am trying out for a part in a Hollywood movie this morning!
A friend who is a part-time actor called me and said a movie company filming in Anchorage is looking for someone to play the part of a loud middle-aged female Indian cab driver. It's a very minor part and I doubt I'll get it, but I am cracking up at the idea of it! Audition is at 10:30! EEK!
