I relish the challenges of my job, but between long hours at work during the day, intense workout sessions at the gym in the evenings, and late night dance practices, I'm not getting very much sleep lately. And when I do get to bed, I'm often woken up by phone calls from work...

I'd really appreciate any tips you guys have, to not *look* like I've slept less than a handful of hours. I know the best solution would be to get more rest, and I am doing my best to achieve that, but there are things that can't be cut out of my life right now and they give me a sense of purpose and accomplishment....but I just need to not look like a mess at work. Advice, please?
