Alicat! I've watched both episodes and am of course addicted. The main character looks like a younger Viggo Mortensen (*hyperventilates*). Also maybe not so OT because his outfits are so RATE and good manspiration!

Rae and Denise, you gotta watch. The main character is HAWT, and the action is all gritty New York during the end of the Civil War, like CSI in 1864. I love the historical stuff and really hope they get more into gangs and politics and corruption and class war and immigration - can you tell I love this era? The first episode was a bit draggy but the second one sucked in both DH and me.

Rae, not sure where you could see it online... maybe the website has info?

I think you can buy it on iTunes. I haven't seen it yet, but it has been recommended to me by several people who know I have a soft spot for American-set historical stuff. Can't wait to watch it!

We DVRed it right after last week's episode. Am ridiculously worked up about seeing KC in a suit (preview!)... And have been reading more about he African-American settlement where the doctor and his wife have moved. SO interesting!
